Prime Partners is proud to announce that it has been granted a license by FINMA.
We are happy to report that Prime Partners is now licensed by the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA) to operate as an asset manager, in accordance with the new requirements set by the Financial Institutions Act (FinIA).
The granting of this license if the culmination of several years of preparations, during which we strengthened our operational and technical structures, our internal processes, our risk management, as well as our organization and corporate governance.
Simultaneously, these developments have enabled Prime Partners to double its assets under management and achieve excellent financial results in 2021!
